As an entrepreneur, academician and mother of two, Vaishnavee dons multiple roles. She has been at the forefront of creating awareness of experiential learning through her various academic and entrepreneurial pursuits. Her passion for providing a natural and fun-learning environment for young children, has led to introducing the concept of kids’ activity farm in Bangalore. “I feel the strong need to make our children aware about farming and challenges faced by our farmer community. As a result of this urge, I have started “The Big Barn farm”. Her ability in Logical planning, systematic thinking along with creativity and compassion has led to the success of the brand. Till date more than 15,000 school students have visited the farm and have been introduced to the importance of farming and various other related aspects. Though started as a Kids’ activity farm, she successfully widened the scope of Big Barn Farm to accommodate outbound learning for corporate executives and academicians.

Ishwar is one of the top butterfly photographers in India, till today he has photographted more than 700 species of butterflies. He has been investing his time in developing the big barn farm as a mini forest with more than 800 handpicked trees and creepers. He also has a dream of creating a butterfly sanctuary at the big barn farm and he is getting closer to that dream. He always wanted people to learn and develop passion towards nature and adventure.

Prakash is senior instructor in terrestrial adventure , he has been working with the big barn nature camp from 7 years . Prakash has been conducting programs for all age groups from toddler to a corporate , he is also an expert in setting up commercial adventure activity. He has been recuing snakes from past 20 years and has immense knowledge about snakes .

Darshan is a passionate outdoor person who has been managing the big barn nature camp since 1 year . He has been certified from renowned institute s like National outdoor Leadership school (NOLS) in outdoor education , certified in mountaineering from NIM (Nehru institute of mountaineering Uttarkashi , Certified in rock climbing from General thimmaiah National academy of adventures Bangalore.
